The Colorado Rapids have apparently decided to test some waters for a future third kit by combining the white home shorts and white road tops they have been wearing this season in order to create an all-white uniform. They will wear it against Chivas USA tomorrow when they play at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, the first time this season that a home game will feature the Rapids not wearing their home Burgundy uniforms.

You can see a picture of the uniform – along with a couple of older style Rapids white kits from the 90's – here on the Rapids website.

I'm not sure what to think about this. I've never really been a fan of all-white looks, though I do like our away kits this season. At the very least, these are better than those weird partially red ones that the Rapids wore as their 'friendlies and internationals' kit a couple of years ago.
