The plot thickened again after a bad run of form – three losses in a row which knocked them down to 14th on the Mexican table – caused Santos to fire their head coach Diego Cocca. The biggest rumored move for a head coach was for former US Men's National Team coach Bob Bradley, which escalated throughout yesterday and into the night as the most plausible rumor for them.
The account only has a touch over 200 followers so take it with a grain of salt of course, but it keeps looking like Bradley to Santos Laguna is an inevitability if not already the case. That should certainly make for an interesting dynamic since one of his first games will be against our Colorado Rapids.
