With the clean sheet posted by Matt during the game – not that he had much trouble since Dallas didn't manage a single shot on goal and only had one attempt period – he earned the record of most shut outs by a Colorado Rapids goaltender all time. The Dallas win was his 26th since he joined the team in 2009 from Queens Park Rangers.
