O'Neill did not have all that much to do during the game. Haiti seemed content to launch the majority of their attacks down the wings, where two converted CBs were struggling to keep up while playing at fullback. O'Neill did have a block and a couple of decent passes and touches on the ball, adding to the offense on the rare occasion that the US got a set piece as well. Not bad for O'Neill, hopefully we'll see more of his abilities in the back when the US play their next game.
Fellow Rapids youngster Dillon Serna, the latest addition to the U-20 squad by Tab Ramos, did not see any minutes in the win.
