Damn injuries!
OK, so small sample size and all that, but I'm just going to say this — the Rapids were 2-0-0 in games where Pablo Mastroeni played last year, and 9-19-4 in games without him last year. They also had one of only two (TWO!) non-shutout victories all season with him on the team.
I, for one, am glad that he's back in the playing state of mind. Even if he's not going to play every game next season, and with his age and now concussion history, he probably shouldn't, his presence alone might be enough to help the team's confidence and morale.
