PODCAST – Hello Colorado Rapids fans. This week on Holding The High Line, it’s a mixed bag. Get ready for a Rocky Mountain Cup recap that’s more of a therapy session. Rabbi and Red discuss former Rapids manager Gary Smith getting fired by Nashville SC. We also analyze the MLSPA announcing the Colorado Rapids player salaries. Then we get into the games from last week.

Matt and Mark discuss the win over the Vancouver Whitecaps after a penalty and a red card. How much can we read into this result given that? The we give you all a Rocky Mountain Cup recap (read: therapy session). What went wrong, how did it happen, and why. If nothing else, it comes down to a third leg on July 20.

Then we look ahead to Minnesota United FC. How are the Loons doing so well without Emmanuel Reynoso? Are they also successful as a collective? Do they have a weak midfield? Can the Rapids bounce back again from a tough loss to get a result at home?
