PODCAST – Happy Thanksgiving Rapids fans! We’ve got a lunch-hour shotgun solo podcast for you this week. Red is still overcoming a cold, so apologies for my horse voice which makes me sound like a chain smoker. We’ve got Colorado Rapids roster decisions to discuss.

First Matt celebrates Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC for winning the USL Championship on Saturday morning. The he touches on Chris Armas finishing third in voting for Coach of the Year.

Then we get to Rapids roster news. Keegan Rosenberry, Oli Larraz, Nate Jones, and Calvin Harris had their options picked up. Lalas Abubakar, Mike Edwards, and Sebastian Anderson all had options declined but are in negotiations. Ethan Bandré and Rémi Cabral had their options declined. Jonathan Lewis is a free agent. I discuss.

Then we touch on some key offseason dates. Mark your calendars for December 10-11 for the Concacaf Champions Cup draw and the Expansion Draft for San Diego FC. The SuperDraft is December 20.
