It's mock draft season! Rejoice! Top Drawer Soccer has put out their first Mock Draft of the year, and they have the Rapids going in a way that will shock exactly nobody — going for a solid attacking midfielder. (In the Cascio vein!) Specifically, they have the Rapids selecting Creighton midfielder Jose Gomez with that…

Surprise, surprise. MLS named the finalists for the league's yearly awards today, and there are no Colorado Rapids players in the bunch. The only two players that probably had any chance of even getting nominated — not counting the Humanitarian Player of the Year award and the other ones that don't actually count what happened…

Obviously, the season was anything but successful, so looking back at them is probably not going to be that much fun. Here's No. 1, Health. Maybe I should have made those other nine things, which ended up being worth…

Obviously, the season was anything but successful, so looking back at them is probably not going to be that much fun. Here's No. 2, Omar Cummings. Didn't quite work out like that. 2011 was an awful season, though he…

Willis might be an intriguing rooting interest for Rapids fans if they're looking for any reason at all to support any of the teams left in the playoff race. He was originally 'keeper for the University of Denver Pioneers soccer team, and is one of the few DU players to ever make it on the…
