Denver, CO– Over 75,000 fans filed into Empower Field at Mile High to watch the Colorado Rapids host Lionel Messi and Inter Miami. In a match where Colorado had control, it was two mistakes and a moment of magic that lifted Miami to all three points. A wonder goal from Rafael Navarro and a smart finish by Darren Yapi were not enough for the Rapids, who fell to the Florida side 2-3. Despite the loss, it was still a historic event and a celebration of the Colorado Rapids’ 30th anniversary. Here are the best pics from the match.
