According to Chris Bianchi on Twitter, the Rapids are currently seeking out young Chilean winger Kevin Harbottle. The 22-year-old has spent his career bouncing around the Chilean league, most recently ending up with Club Deportivo Universidad Católica. He's something of a rising star in Chile, with an appearance on the Chilean National Team already under…

This probably won't be the last move of the off-season, so strap in for more fun trades!

Through the month of December, Burgundy Wave will do a short review of every player who received even a paltry sum of minutes in 2012. We start with the goalkeepers and then move our way up to the forwards. Today, we'll cover Edu. Name: Edu Number: 17 Appearances: Too goddamn many Stats: Ha ha ha…

When he was finally moved back to a more natural spot outside the center where he could sit back and get space for himself to make runs, he actually did stuff. The guy did put in six goals and two assists this year, so if we were asking for improvement on his awful 2011 season,…

Shane O'Neill only ended up getting one appearance on the field thanks to some nagging injuries at the end of the season, but the few appearances we saw of him — counting the Swansea friendly in this, of course — he looked pretty darn good for a kid. He is strong, knows how to pass,…

The off-season is just about halfway over with the MLS SuperDraft now out of the way, which means it is time to throw down a Rapids Approval Ratings poll! I expect the results are going to be a bit different from last season's polls, which were surprisingly positive. The rundown of events — * Signed…
