Dublin, IRL. – France’s Women’s National Team kick-off their quest to make 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup Tournament, this Tuesday, March 3rd in the Women’s European Qualifiers.

France is attempting to qualify for the World Cup tournament for the sixth time in its history, while Ireland look to go back-to-back having played in the last World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

Laurent Bonadeil, the head coach of Les Bleues, has named 26 players to his squad. Included is team veteran and recent Denver Summit FC signing, goalkeeper Pauline Peyraud-Magnin.

The 33-year-old is expected to start when France faces-off with FIFA 27th ranked Ireland on Tuesday in Dublin, and then against 25th rank Poland on March 7th in Dijon, France.

France are in Group A2 with Ireland, Poland, and the Netherlands. The group change will have matched played in April and June.

Peyraud‑Magnin has earned 73 caps for the French National Football Team and played in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup in New Zealand and Australia. In 2024, she played in the Summer Olympics throughout France.

More recently, during 2025-26 UEFA Women’s Champion League play, she made six starts, earned 9 saves and yielded eight goals. The accomplished keeper won three consecutive, 2018-2020, UEFA Women’s Champions League titles.

Peyraud‑Magnin joins Lindsey Heaps, Megan Reid, Emma Regan and Janine Sonis who are currently representing the U.S. and Canada respectfully, in the 2026 SheBelievesCup.

This international window runs through this weekend. Denver Summit play their first ever match on March 14 at Bay FC in the NWSL regular season.
